Stijlvol hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige locatie. Het enige minpuntje was dat de receptie onze kamer niet heeft schoongemaakt nadat we er twee nachten over hadden gedaan. Ook de sfeer in het restaurant aan de haven was vreemd, misschien waren we er op het verkeerde moment.

Dit is echt een pareltje, goed ontbijt, goede locatie, mooie kamers. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan als je naar Amsterdam reist. Oh, en er zijn ook genoeg goede restaurants en een Aldi en andere supermarkten op loopafstand.

Over het algemeen is het hotel oké. Ik raad het niet aan voor buschauffeurs. De ingang van het hotel is onverzorgd, met in 90% van de gevallen takken. Voertuigen kunnen gemarkeerd zijn. Toen ik het probleem meldde, zei de Duitstalige receptioniste dat het betreden van het hotelterrein op eigen risico is. Het hotel is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door de onverzorgde oprit. De chauffeur moet in Amsterdam parkeren en een taxi naar het hotel nemen. Een van de slechtste hotels in Rouen. Een ramp.

With regard to parking, while it is indeed at one’s own responsibility, we would like to reassure you that our parking area is regularly used by multiple tour buses, and we normally accommodate bus drivers without any issues. Ons verblijf in dit hotel was zeer aangenaam. We werden hartelijk verwelkomd en het hele personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. We hebben ook erg genoten van het ontbijt!
